1. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if the property, access or required work differs materially from the description provided. A booking is confirmed when the service, date, price and any special conditions have been agreed.
2. Access and preparation
You must provide safe access, accurate property information and any keys, parking details or entry instructions needed to complete the work. Please remove valuable, fragile or personal items before our arrival and tell us about hazards or special requirements.
3. Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with your quote or booking. Additional work or charges, such as parking, congestion charges, urgent bookings or heavy soiling, will be discussed before they are added wherever reasonably possible.
4. Cancellations and changes
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. We may charge for late cancellations, missed appointments or costs already incurred where this has been agreed in your booking terms. We will make reasonable efforts to rearrange appointments.
5. Cleaning and clearances
Results depend on the condition, age and materials of the property and items. Clearance work excludes hazardous materials, illegal items and items we cannot safely handle unless specifically agreed in writing. Waste is handled and disposed of responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.
6. Damage and concerns
Please report any concern promptly, ideally within 24 hours of the service, with details and photographs where relevant. We will investigate fairly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items that were not disclosed or loss caused by unsafe access or instructions.
7. Service standards
We aim to deliver reliable, professional services with reasonable care and skill. We may refuse or pause work where conditions are unsafe, unlawful or materially different from the agreed description.
